Reliance encourages its subsidiary companies to participate in its group-wide Business Responsibility initiatives on several topics. The company’s Corporate Social Responsibility mission is to continue growing as a responsible organisation that believes in enriching lives of those around it. All subsidiaries are well-aligned with the CSR activities under the Reliance Foundation. RIL’s subsidiaries like Reliance Retail Limited and Reliance Trading Limited have participated in various initiatives across several areas. These include farm engagement activities, training and skill development of youth, community development activities and promotion of education, among others.
